Are you interested in becoming involved in a college society, particularly one that hosts regular pub quizzes and plans trips within and outside of Dublin? If yes, then the Geography Society Emergency General Meeting is for you! We are hoping to elect 4 more members to our committee both to ensure smoother organising of our planned future events and to help organise exciting developments which are currently difficult to realise. We are looking for 1 Events Officer, 1 Journal Editor and 2 Ordinary Committee Members. Anyone who is interested in looking for a position will at the EGM give a 1-minute or less speech on why they should be elected and once all applicants have spoken, it will come down to an election.

Even if you are not planning on running for a position, feel free to come along anyway! We will have drinks and refreshments as customary, and we will even have free pizza (on a first-come, first serve basis)!
