The UCD Politics and International Relations Society (PolSoc) will be sending a delegation of students to the UCC Intervarsity Model EU Competition on February 23rd-25th. Applications can be made via the form in our Instagram, where you can find all the information you need! The Model EU will simulate the law-making process of the European Union. Through simulating the roles of Member of the European Parliament (MEP) and Minister in the Council of the EU, participants will gain a first hand insight into how EU laws and decisions are made. This Model EU will be the first-of-its-kind in Ireland and will seek to replicate the dynamics, challenges and complexities that are central to European politics. The deadline for applications is the 17th of January so get writing!
