Come with us this Tuesday to explore the Dublin Castle apartments muesuem.
The apartments were built as the residential and public quarters of the viceregal court, they were the seat of the executive and focus of fashionable and extravagant social life. Today they are the venue for Irelands Presidencies of the European Union, presidential inaugurations and prestigious functions.
We will tour these ornate rooms of the castle together while learning the history. Tickets will be €6 individually – bring your student card to avail of a discounted entry price.
We will meet outside the James Joyce library and take a bus from UCD at 3pm sharp, so don’t be late.
