In an evening school in an international neighborhood of an undefined big city, in an English speaking country, Manuel is preparing the lesson of the day for his students, an English grammar class that his students are anything but interested to listen to. The evening school becomes the center of attention of two inspectors coming from the City Council, wanting to regulate the use of the English language in the multilingual community where the school is located. Languages spoken include Hungarian, German, Ukrainian, Russian, Romanian, Croatian and English.
