About Our Society

The PharmTox Society is a society that caters for undergraduate students, postgraduate students and staff of Pharmacology, Neuroscience, Genetics and Biochemistry in the UCD Conway Institute of Biomolecular and Biomedical Research, The Charles Institute and Systems Biology Ireland.

We run events throughout the year including career development evenings, intriguing science debates and discussions as well as charity bake sales and our annual ball where all proceeds this year will be donated to a very deserving charity whom we work closely with, Breakthrough Cancer Research. This year we have were delighted to welcome the return of our annual ball! Click here to see the picture from the night. We would like to thank Assay Genie for sponsoring the night! Assay Genie supply a wide range of research tools such as cellular assays, recombinant proteins and ELISA Kits, take a look at their huge range of their In Vivo Monoclonal antibodies here
