The Agricultural Science Society, better known as AgSoc, is one of the largest societies in UCD. This is due to the amazing charity fundraising that we carry out each year, hand in hand with our jam-packed social calendar. Last year, our society raised over €46,000 for two very worthy charities through various social events such as Ag week, mystery tours, county colour nights, welly walks, boxing nights, jiving classes, tea mornings and much much more.
One of AgSoc’s primary aim is to provide an opportunity for all students with a common interest in agriculture to make friends and build relationships, create networks within the field, and be apart of a tight knit community while studying at UCD.
